What we believe is centered around worship that engages the hearts and minds of this congregation. People of all ages and talents are united through the ancient and contemporary liturgy of The Episcopal Church.
We believe that in the gathered, worshipping community, the church is revealed as the Body of Christ, inspired and empowered by God’s Holy Spirit to do God’s work within our church family and in the world.
In a world clamoring for our attention, our prayers, songs, and the stories of scripture remind us of our basic identity in God, and call forth, praise and service.

While the congregation is the primary singing ensemble for our liturgies, St. Andrew's On-the-Sound is fortunate to have a choir that assists in leading worship at the 11:15 AM Sunday service during the academic year and at special services throughout the year, such as during Holy Week and on Christmas Eve.

Every Sunday service is graced by flowers that represent the beauty of God's creation, engaging our sense of sight in worship. Parishioners and friends may make a donation to cover the cost of the altar flowers as a way to honor and/or remember that special someone or event.
